Returns


You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.


To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.


Certain items such as batteries, opened electronic parts, and custom orders are non-returnable for safety and quality reasons.



Refunds


Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.


If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to your original method of payment.


Shipping charges are non-refundable.



Exchanges


We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us at support@genzelectronics.com.



Cancellations


Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, provided they have not yet been shipped.



Shipping Returns


To return your product, please mail it to the return address provided by our support team after you raise a request.

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
