Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time

Standard delivery within India: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Remote or rural areas may take longer (up to 10 business days).

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on orders above ₹4,999.

A flat shipping fee of ₹99–₹199 may apply for orders below this value (calculated at checkout).

Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to monitor your order in real-time.

Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to courier issues, strikes, natural events, or peak festive seasons.

We are not responsible for delays once the order is handed over to the courier partner.

International Shipping

Currently, we deliver only within India. International shipping will be available soon.
